How can I be a part of the fellowcraft team for the MM Degree? Contact RWB Rick Crow at ecrow@woh.rr.com I have a candidate who would like to get his degrees at Camp Masonry Contact RWB Rick Scheider at rscheider1@gmail.com I read somewhere that families are welcome, is this open to my wife and kids? A postcard was made in October 2017 eluding that the event would be open to families, which is the long term goal for Camp Masonry, However, The 2019 event WILL be Masons Only, with the exception of guest speakers and merch vendors. What is the dress code? Come as you are! Will there be any meals provided for those with specific dietary needs? Please Contact us, the worst we can say is no. Are there bathrooms and hot showers available? Yes, a short walk from the Fort Will there be water and ice available for purchase? $1 Ice Cold Water, Free Ice. All Weekend Drink Passes will be available for an additional fee. What if it rains? We’ve reserved several indoor facilities and will move indoors. Event is rain or shine. I’m disabled, is there any way for ,me to attend? YES! Golf cart shuttles will be provided all weekend by The Browning Masonic Community Is alcohol permitted? No, this is a dry event. Is gambling permitted? No. A Brother from another jurisdiction would like to attend, can he? Yes, IF his Grand Lodge is recognized by The Grand Lodge of Ohio. Camping Questions

Is Camping Required? No, you are welcome to leave at any time, and return anytime while your ticket is valid. Many Hotels are available within a 5 minute drive of the Camp Ground. Can I drive in and drop off my gear? Only if you are checking in between 5:30pm-7pm on Friday, afterwards you will need to use the golf cart shuttles. May I bring my own food and grill? Yes. Are there any electric sites? No. All camping is primitive style. There will be one community cabin with basic electricity. Can we have campfires? Is there Firewood? Yes, but all are encouraged to enjoy the large campfire each night at the Fort. Firewood and Ice will be available free of charge. May I bring my camper/RV Sorry, not at this time.

Grand Master’s Class Questions

Who is eligible to receive their degrees? Candidates who are registered through the Grand Lodge of Ohio and have conformed with edicts 2019-2, 2019-3 and 2019-4. Your lodge secretary should have the resources available to you. You must also register with Camp Masonry through District Advisor RWB Rick Scheieder at least 3 weeks prior to the event. rscheider1@gmail.com Is there a cost associated for Candidates and Their Mentors? There is a ticket package required to cover the costs. Please purchase the “Candidate & Mentor Saturday Combo Deal”, which includes both Saturday Lunch and Festive Board Dinner for both you and your candidate. We’re not planning on staying the night / we’re planning on staying the night. Admission includes Saturday night tent camping, which is 100% optional. Those who are staying the night will find great opportunities for discussion and fellowship. There are also cabins which can be rented and/or shared with others, as well as some community cabins with rustic scouting bunks as well as many hotel options in the area. If you are planning on staying the night, please arrive by 10am to set up camp before the Grand Master’s Class begins. Are Candidates permitted to come Friday? Thursday? Arrangements can be made, however all content prior to noon on Saturday will be geared towards Master Masons. Please contact sales@campmasonry.com if you plan to arrive day(s) before the class. Will Bibles and Aprons be provided? Each Mentor is charged with bringing his Candidates Apron AND Bible. S&C will be provided through generous donations from the Valley of Toledo A.A.S.R. Please contact your lodge secretary for all necessary materials prior to your arrival. I’m not yet a Mason and would like to join, can I just show up and receive my degrees? No. Congratulations on seeking out Freemasonry! Well before this event, you will need to choose a lodge you would like to join, and contact the lodge secretary to request a petition.
